At Kinetic Age ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to deliver high-quality fitness, wellness, and physiotherapy services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our sessions, plans, and subscriptions. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule a booked session:
- ✔ Cancellations or rescheduling requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated at no additional charge
- ✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a completed session and deducted from your plan
- ✔ If our trainer or physiotherapist is unable to attend a confirmed session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A paid service was not delivered due to reasons attributable to Kinetic Age
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made for the same service
- A request is made before any sessions of a purchased plan have been availed, subject to the deductions noted below
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- 🔹 Sessions that have already been completed or availed
- 🔹 Digital subscriptions and content once access has been activated
- 🔹 Promotional, discounted, or complimentary sessions and plans
- 🔹 No-shows or cancellations made without adequate notice
4. Partially Used Plans
For multi-session plans or packages where some sessions have already been availed, any eligible refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The value of sessions already used will be charged at the standard single-session rate, and any applicable discounts on the original plan may be adjusted before the refund is processed.

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
