Mind-Body Integration
Combines gentle movement with breathing techniques and relaxation for holistic well-being — not just physical flexibility.
Flexible Formats
Available as personal one-on-one sessions or small guided group workshops, depending on your parent's preference and comfort level.
Chair & Wall Support Options
Every pose has a supported variation using chairs or walls, ensuring safety and accessibility regardless of mobility level.
Home-Based Comfort
Sessions are conducted at home, eliminating travel stress and allowing your parent to practice in a familiar, comfortable environment.
What's Included in Every Session
Gentle Warm-Up
Slow, guided movements to prepare joints and muscles safely — neck rolls, shoulder circles, ankle rotations, and gentle stretches.
Breathwork & Pranayama
Calming breathing techniques to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve focus, and prepare the mind for mindful movement.
Mobility & Flexibility Yoga
Simple, supported poses focused on improving range of motion in hips, shoulders, spine, and knees — the areas that stiffen most with age.
Balance & Stability Practice
Light balance work using chair or wall support to improve proprioception, reduce fall risk, and build confidence in standing and walking.
Strength-Building Poses
Gentle isometric holds and supported poses that build functional strength in legs, core, and upper body without joint stress.
Guided Relaxation
A calming cool-down phase with body scan meditation and deep breathing to help the body settle and promote restful sleep.
How Your Yoga Program Works
Comfort & Mobility Check
We assess your parent's movement comfort, balance level, joint sensitivity, and any medical conditions to design a safe, enjoyable yoga practice.
Foundation Sessions (Weeks 1–3)
Gentle introduction to supported poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Sessions are short (30 minutes) and focused on building comfort and confidence.
Progressive Practice (Weeks 4–8)
Gradually introducing more poses, longer holds, and deeper breathing. Balance work becomes more challenging as confidence grows.
Integrated Wellness (Weeks 9–12)
Full sessions combining mobility, strength, balance, breathwork, and meditation. Your parent develops a sustainable practice they can maintain independently.
Ongoing Practice
A personalised home practice routine your parent can follow between sessions, with periodic guided sessions to maintain progress and introduce new elements.
