I have been gymming with Kinetic Age for the last 3-4 months.

I like the experience. I feel that I have built more stamina. My body has become stronger. I have seen a drop in my blood sugar levels they are more under control than they used to be. I feel that the trainers here don't push you beyond a certain limit, and the program is tailored to suit us. From inside, I feel that I am 40 years old, though I am going to be 70.

My mother received home physiotherapy from Kinetic Age, and the experience was excellent. The physiotherapist was professional, punctual, and extremely caring. Each session was well planned and adjusted to her comfort level, and we could see steady improvement over time. Most importantly, my mother felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment, which made a big difference in her recovery.

After just two and a half months of coaching with Kinetic Age, my mobility has improved superbly. I can now drive with ease, carry my own bags, and travel without the physical limitations that once held me back. The personalized guidance from Coach Vignesh and Physiotherapist Naveen not only strengthened my upper back but also helped me structure my diet and nutrition. Common questions

Do you cover Gandhi Bazaar, Hanumanthanagar and NR Colony?

Yes, along with Bull Temple Road, Chamarajpet’s edge and the lanes behind Ramakrishna Ashram. Sessions are at home; we do not have a clinic in Basavanagudi.

Our house has steep stone steps at the entrance and a courtyard. Is that a problem for therapy?

It is the reason to start at home. The physiotherapist assesses those exact steps and courtyard edges, suggests a rail or a step modification if needed, and trains your parent on them rather than on a clinic staircase.

My mother speaks only Kannada. Will the physiotherapist?

We match for language where we can. Written instructions for the family are in English.

My father wants to climb the Bull Temple steps again. Is that realistic?

Often yes, as a staged goal. We build it from sit-to-stand and step practice at home, then supervised flights, and set a date to attempt the temple steps together once the strength numbers are there.

My father had a stroke last year. Is it too late for physiotherapy?

Usually not. Progress is fastest early on, but strength, balance and walking can still improve months later. The physiotherapist sets realistic goals after the first assessment and works within his doctor’s advice.
