Common questions
Which parts of north Bengaluru do you cover from Hebbal?
Hebbal, Kempapura, Sahakara Nagar, RT Nagar and the Bellary Road stretch towards Yelahanka. Sessions are at home; there is no Hebbal clinic.
My father wants to get back to his Hebbal lake walk. How long does that take?
It depends on where he starts. A typical progression is in-home strength and balance work, then the lawn or internal path of the community, then short supervised laps of the lake path, usually over a few weeks.
Our row house has steps at every door. Can those be managed?
Yes. The first assessment looks at each threshold and recommends a rail or a small ramp where it helps, and the plan includes step practice on those exact steps.
My mother gets breathless when she walks. Can physiotherapy help?
Often. Paced walking, breathing work and planned rest breaks are built into the plan, after the physiotherapist checks any heart or lung condition with her doctor.
