I have been gymming with Kinetic Age for the last 3-4 months.

I like the experience. I feel that I have built more stamina. My body has become stronger. I have seen a drop in my blood sugar levels they are more under control than they used to be. I feel that the trainers here don't push you beyond a certain limit, and the program is tailored to suit us. From inside, I feel that I am 40 years old, though I am going to be 70.

My mother received home physiotherapy from Kinetic Age, and the experience was excellent. The physiotherapist was professional, punctual, and extremely caring. Each session was well planned and adjusted to her comfort level, and we could see steady improvement over time. Most importantly, my mother felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment, which made a big difference in her recovery.

After just two and a half months of coaching with Kinetic Age, my mobility has improved superbly. I can now drive with ease, carry my own bags, and travel without the physical limitations that once held me back. The personalized guidance from Coach Vignesh and Physiotherapist Naveen not only strengthened my upper back but also helped me structure my diet and nutrition. Common questions

Which parts of Jayanagar do you reach?

All blocks from 1st to 9th, plus the Basavanagudi, JP Nagar and BTM Layout edges. Sessions are in your home; we do not operate a clinic in Jayanagar.

My mother has lived in the same house for forty years and will not move. Can physiotherapy still be done safely there?

Yes. We assess her in that house and plan around it: the step at the front door, the bathroom threshold, the chair she uses. Small changes plus targeted strength work are usually enough to keep her safe at home.

Does the physiotherapist speak Kannada?

We match for language where we can. Written home programs are in English for the family.

Can my father continue his morning walk in Madhavan Park?

In most cases yes, with the physiotherapist setting a safe distance. If balance is the concern, the first few walks are supervised and a walking aid may be suggested for a while.

My mother fell last month but nothing was broken. Should she still see a physiotherapist?

Yes, it is a good time to start. A fall often leaves fear as well as weakness. The plan rebuilds balance and leg strength and practises getting up from the floor safely, so another fall is less likely.
