Common questions
Which areas around Richmond Town do you cover?
Richmond Town, Langford Town, Shanthinagar, Austin Town and the streets towards MG Road. Every visit is at home; there is no clinic in Richmond Town.
Our bungalow has steps from the garden into the house. Can those be made safer?
Usually. The physiotherapist checks the steps on the first visit, recommends a rail or a grab point where it helps, and trains your parent on those exact steps.
Can my father work up to walking in Cubbon Park?
That is a reasonable goal for many people. We start with walking in the house and compound, then short supervised walks outside, and only then longer walks in the park.
Can we be present for the first assessment?
Yes, and we recommend it. A family member can share medical history and help set goals that matter to your parent.
