Common questions
Which parts of Yelahanka do you cover?
Yelahanka, Yelahanka New Town, Jakkur and Kogilu. Sessions are at home; we do not have a clinic in Yelahanka.
My father uses a walker. Can he progress off it?
Sometimes, and the physiotherapist will tell you honestly. The plan builds strength and balance first, then tests short walks with less support, only when it is safe to do so.
Can sessions take place outdoors on our street?
Yes, once your parent is ready. Early sessions are indoors; later ones move to the quiet roads near home with the coach alongside.
How far in advance should we book?
Booking the first assessment a few days ahead helps us hold a regular weekly slot with the same coach.
Book a free home assessment
A senior physiotherapist will evaluate your parent at home and recommend a plan.
